We usually send out orders within 72 hours (Monday to Friday) using FedEx or DHL. Our discreet packaging helps avoid customs delays and issues.

Delivery usually takes 7 to 9 days for USA and 7-14 Days for Other Countries. Make sure your shipping address is correct, as we can’t reship items if the address is wrong. For address changes, contact the carrier (FedEx, DHL, EML).
Customers need to pay any customs duties or import fees. To avoid import taxes, we mark packages as low-value “Gifts.”
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you the tracking number by email. It might take up to five days for tracking details to show up on the carrier’s website. Some countries may have delays during customs clearance.
Shipping is free for most countries, with delivery taking about 7-9 business days after shipment. Some items might take longer to process if we have a lot of orders, and delivery might be slower during busy times.
